Membership in CCOSO is open to all interested persons working in this challenging field.

Membership in the Coalition

Membership costs are as follows:

  • $75.00 per year for an individual
  • $35 per year for a full-time student (With verification of full-time student status)
  • $35 per year for retired professionals
  • $125.00 Agency Sponsorship per year

To apply for membership online follow these steps:

1) Create an account in the site: Go here and click the "I want to create an account" button.  

 

Note: If you are already a Member of CCOSO and do not yet have an account on this site, you will also need to create an account to get access to your profiles and to members only content.

For a profile to be accessible by other members:

  • The user must be approved (have role trusted)

  • The profile must be: Published

  • The profile status must be: Paid

  • The profile expiration date must be current

2) In the process of registering you can create your Individual and/or Agency profile(s).

3) Once an administrator approves your account you will be able to login and pay for your membership by adding your profile(s) to the shopping cart and making your payment using your credit card.

Alternatively, you can download and fill out the membership application and mail it in along with payment or, you may pay online with a credit card once your account is approved. Any membership includes the Coalition’s quarterly newsletter "Perspectives". It also provides access to an informational list serve, a private section on this web site, and local regional networks, as well as specialized trainings and workshops provided at no charge or at reduced fees.

Agency Sponsorship: Agencies can become CCOSO sponsors by paying an annual fee of $125.00. Sponsors have the satisfaction of knowing they are helping make California safer. Agency sponsorship entitles your agency one full page ad in the conference book, a subscription to the CCOSO Newsletter "Perspectives" (With permission to reproduce for your agency), one subscription to the list-serve for the agency representative (with permission to distribute emails to the agency staff, as well as access to the "Members Only" section of this website.
